Uniform Policy
2009-2010
|
This is the mandatory uniform dress code established
for all students who attend our school.
Tops:
Any solid color, collared polo shirt (stripes, lace, fancy collars,
layered shirts, or writing are not permitted.)
School t-shirts with uniform bottoms may be worn on Friday.
All shirts must be tucked into the bottoms.
Bottoms:
Solid khaki or navy blue uniform quality shorts or pants are acceptable.
All garments must be hemmed, no frayed edges.
Girls may also wear uniform skirts, skorts, or uniform jumpers that are
solid khaki or navy blue.
Skirts, skorts, and shorts must sit at the waist and be fingertip length.
A belt must be worn if the item has belt loops. For younger students,
you may wish to choose an item with an elastic waist.
Sweat pants, stretch pants, plaid patterns, and denim are not
permitted.
Shoes:
Tennis shoes with laces or Velcro and a tongue. Sneakers with
wheels are not permitted.
Socks:
Any solid color (knee socks, thigh high socks, and designs are not
permitted.)
Outerwear:
Solid navy blue sweatshirt, sweater, or Bayshore sweatshirt
If it is cold large jackets and coats may be worn to and from school or
outside for physical education.
Hats and sunglasses are only permitted to be worn outside. (Scarves
are not permitted.)
